No software can move data faster than basic hardware. Therefore, if you think your data should run faster, the first thing to look at is the telecom provider. It can be particularly frustrating to keep track of these restrictions when they are based on obscure "heuristic" rules or long-forgotten configurations made by people who have not worked in your company for years.
