1) The website has not applied for a globally trusted TLS certificate.

The "https certificate is not trusted" appears on the website. It may be that the website uses a self-signed certificate. The self-signed certificate is a self-generated https certificate, which can be generated by anyone (including phishing websites) without being audited and issued by a legal third-party CA organization.
